I used to be really happy with their domain registration service hence went in and subscribed to their shared hosting service as a backup demo account. Its more than 72 hours and my account is yet to setup according to my requirements.
– The company does not have a 24 hours tech support team which leaves people outside North america unservicable
– The people at tech support even dont read the ticket right and reply to half information
– Request for callback has lead to no reply in last 48 hours.
This had lead to a really bad impression of the service provider and will wait another 24 hours before cancelling the service by calling my credit card company.
Update Feb 21st 2007 : People finally got back to me and i have taken decision not to cancel services with them as their control panel compensate for the trouble i had to go through.
